Human Resource Management at Keuka College

The human resources management minor is designed to provide students with an understanding of human resources planning and development, recruitment, interviewing and selection, performance appraisal, labor negotiation, and collective bargaining in a variety of settings such as health care institutions, nonprofit organizations, as well as private, industrial, and service-based businesses.
