Spanish and Area Studies at Keuka College

Due to globalization and the importance of being able to communicate with those from other countries, more and more English speakers are making the move to learn another language. And more often than not, that language is Spanish, due to the explosion of the Spanish-speaking population in the United States and the fact that nearly 400 million people worldwide speak that language. No matter what your career field, the ability to speak Spanish and possess and understanding of the Spanish culture will be advantageous.
